The interesting thing I’ve noticed when being interviewed by news outlets is that what I am quoted as saying is not exactly what I said, but close enough . Memories of this wonderful place go back to my childhood when my family, aunts, uncle, and cousins vacationed there. It’s a great honor to have my artistic vision and reflections of the island chosen as the final design and immortalized on this coin.
